Genki's 1991 released Game GearTM action pinball game Devilish returns to another portable gaming device with a brand new release in 2006 on Nintendo DSTM. Devlish is taking advantage of the dual screen, increasing the table size compared to a previous release of the game. Various stages have been implemented into the game, each one taking place in a fantasy world. More than 20 kinds of monsters are wandering around and blocking the entrance to the next level as well as setting traps that have an affect on your gameplay.

A solid game

Devilish for the DS can be pretty hard to find since, as far as I know, it was not released outside of Japan.If you played this on the Sega Game Gear, you will quickly realize that the use of the dual screens as well as updated graphics and features make this superior to any earlier versions, but the core game is basically the same.Although this game obviously hasn't single-handedly revived the "brick and paddle" game craze of the 80's, it is a great twist on an old theme.The creepy music and horror...
