Buyer Beware, this item not available when I ordered!

What I ordered was multi-region DVD software.What I got was a wireless remote for the PS2.When I called customer service, the woman really had a hard time understanding what the problem was - when she transfered me to another gentleman, I learned why.It seems that the item number for the multi-region software had been erroneously attributed to the wireless remote.I was informed that I could ship back the remote in exchange for the software... and then customer service discovered that they no longer...
