Not up to snuff

This product promises more than it delivers.Although the description on Amazon does not claim incorrectly, if you go to their website it says that this will manage two high speed lines.Here is the problem :1) It did not work with my cable modem which doesn't make any sense.I did all the traditional obvious reboots on both units, changed cables, reconfigured everything, etc.All to no avail, each time I plugged in my cable modem the firewall seemed to freeze.The lan side as well, so no ability to...
