Anti-Virus ok, Firewall bad, customer service atrocious
I'm running XP with multiple user accounts.The anti-virus works ok on all accounts, but on any account other than the one I used to install the software, the anti-spyware says there's a problem, and the firewall says it isn't installed.If you click on advanced settings, it directs you to a URL to install the software.Excuse me, I already installed it!Then, just to add to the day's entertainment, in any account other than the one I installed it on, the CA Security Center software spawns blank windows...
