lacking professional quality
Although there are plenty of categories and choices, the quality of the graphics is not very high on most of the images. Although there are nice graphics throughout, majority are cartoonish or sketch-type that are not suitable for business publications. There is no catalog, of course, so you have to browse through the thousands of images. And worse yet, the Web graphics cannot be previewed by the viewer so you're left at guessing until you paste it into your own software. Some good graphics, but...
