The perfect mouse for me!

I bought this mouse about three months ago, and I love it.It works on every surface, and the scroller works well too.The only complaint I have is that the cord is rather short (about 2.5 feet long), and it plugs into the left-hand side of my laptop, which means that I only have about a foot to work with.Although, I think that complaint can be shared equally with the Dell people for putting the USB port on the left (good deal for the left-handed population, I guess).Some people have complained about...

Perfect mouse for traveling - 2 thumbs up!

This mouse has made traveling with my laptop so much easier. Even though I tend to be an avid user of the track-pad on my PowerBook it can become very tedious and making room for a large mouse has made packing tricky. Since purchasing this mouse I've had no problems and have increase my productivity while on the road. It has also made it easier for those non track-pad users to jump on to my computer without a problem.Although it took a few uses to adapt to the smaller size, I wouldn't trade it for...

Small but mighty

Works excellent. Just got it.Plugged it right into my notebook and BAM it works just fine.Small, I wouldn't recommend it for long use, but it works great, and the trackwheel has a nice click when you rotate it.Can't beat it for the price.The retractable cable is sweet.A++ WOULD BUY AGAIN...

nice, very tiny mouse, needs some getting used to

I have owned this mouse for about 18 months now, and it worked well for that period.Only recently, it started to fail--occasionally it loses power due to a loose connection.I thought at first that 18 months was very short, but having read reviews of other laptop mice, I see similar lifespans.I did use this mouse everyday for the past 18 months--pulling it out and closing it more than once a day in that time--and traveled around the country with it, so that is a lot of wear.The tiny size takes some...

Bad Rap

Some of the reviews here are negative because the mouse doesn't behave properly i.e. makes big jumps, etc. I think this is a bad rap. The mouse is OPTICAL and needs the right surface to work properly. I tried mine on a variety of surfaces, from plain paper to my laptop case. Some surfaces were slick,others textured. The mouse worked flawlessy on anything with texture or a design. It worked poorly on plain paper or anything else that it could not read well. I love my little guy and use it quite happily...
