Non-Functional Software & Software Support

This item worked for about 2 weeks, then stopped. I narrowed the problem down to the software, which is not manufactured by Interlink. I went to the Interlink and software website, finding minimal info and no software updates. I followed their instructions, repeatedly, and still I cannot get the software to work.The remote supposedly will work without the software, as a remote mouse. It won't even do that.The remote itself is beautiful and handles well. Nice laser pointer and good function key placement...
