Good Catlike Features

I have used a PowerCat for years and like it very much.When I bought a laptop, I didn't like its touchpad.The EasyCat is much more responsive and has more features.The touch pad could be a little larger, but all in all, it's a very good product....

It works as expected

I was looking for an alternative input device for my desktop setup since i was developing carpel tunnel with my mouse. For a while a trackball worked, but the pain merely switched to my elbow.Since i was so used to the touchpad on my laptop, I started looking for one. The Adesso Easycat is pretty brilliant and works well and has solved my problems for now. I use it in conjunction with a regular mouse (a MS Intellimouse) and switch back and forth as needed. Greatinput device

It does everything it should. It seems to have a "smart" feature that remembers where the cursor is when you lift your finger quickly, so a change in the position when you lift your finger doesn't produce an improper selection. I believe it would be better if the definition of quickly were relaxed a bit.Overall, after a brief acclimation, it is my input device of choice....

Works okay but sure wish there was an enhanced driver

I am one of those people who hates the "tap touchpad to select" feature of touchpads and promptly turns it off whenever I can.I suspect that my rather large hands are responsible for a lot of false positives.Anyway this touchpad doesn't come with an enhanced driver so all I am left with is the default firmware programming of the touchpad, which in this case includes "tap touchpad to select".As a result the two units I purchased now sit in a drawer, unused and gathering dust.If you don't like the...
