Awesome speakers

I just got these speakers today. They are just perfect. It took 5 minutes to hook them up and I was in music heaven. I've seen some 2.1 systems that have a very weak subwoofer. This subwoofer is so powerful that I have to keep it very low or else it would drown out the satellites! The satellites themselves are nice and clear. I keep the bass volume level at about 20 percent and the speaker volume at about 30 percent. The volume control is pretty sensitive which shows exactly how how much power is...

Creative Lab's Inspire T2900 2.1 Speaker System

For the money, you can't go wrong. They do what they were meant to do, and do it well. They are a major step up from the cheap speakers supplied with most computers. While they are not surround sound, they bring out sounds that are completely lacking on cheaper computer speakers. The satellite speakers are heavy and seem to be made very well. There is more than enough bass out of the subwoofer, to supply most needs I would think. They were tested on classical, folk, and rock music, and did well...

Very impressed

I took a lot of time in choosing a speaker system for my home computer. As a college student money is tight so I wanted the best sound for the money. I also work with professional sound equipment wich makes me somewhat critical of lower end systems.I oringinally purchased a set of the Logitech X-220's and while I am a big Logitech fan for most of their products I had to return these because the satellites just didn't produce a clean enough sound. The highs were fuzzy and muted and didn't give me...

Logitech is better

Creatives are good speaker but when it matches up to Logitech they do not match up. 1st of all Logitech's x-220's have a larger and louder sub than these. The speakers are not made of plastic as someone wrote they are made of pure solid WOOD. the sound of the two brands shouldnt even be compared. Logitechs speakers have much better LOUDER CLEARER sound! Logitech x-220s sub has 20.4 watts while the t 2900 has 17 watts. The bonus about creatives is that you may take the covers off! But i still honestly...

Fantastic 2.1 computer speakers

This speaker system has fantastic sound for its size and blows away the factory speakers that come with most computers. The subwoofer has very tight bass, with the ability to get a little too bassy if you like that. The remote control pod is a very nice asset because if you have the speakers mounted on the wall or something, you don't have to throw out your back turning the volume up or down. Also, you can turn them off, adjust bass, listen to headphones, or plug in an alternative input device through...
