Oldie but Goodie

This was my first PDA, bought via E-bay (sorry for the Ad, but that's the truth)in 2003.It was great for the things I used it (freshman at the University, so I had to make many essays), although it only had "Note taker" for that. The Excel sheets had to be done in another program (SpreadCE, great software). The problem was that there wasn't enough memory in the device to store many programs or files, but once I bought a CompactFlash card (first of 128 mb, after that of 512 mb) this wasn't a problem...

Pretty Neato

I bought my cassie when it first came out years ago, when it was $500, plus accessories!I still don't have a desire to get anything more.There is one exception.If I ever need to go wireless, and although I could add the necessary accessories to my cassie,I might rather buy a new, smaller PDA with built in communications capabilities, like the Blackberry, or even one of those PDA phones....

casio e-100 palm size pc

I started out with a Palm V and thought it was the best ever.Even the green screen didn't put me off I just loved it.It was the first time I could truly say I was organised.Later I bought the Palm 515 and this had colour and was good, but it had no sound so I bought an iPAQ which had sound but felt the loss of the Palm OS was tragic (now using the far less stable Windows CE) still I continued and enjoyed the sound and movie playing on my iPAQ.Then I bought the E-100 second hand (the price was good...

Great mp3/vid player but NOT a good game system.

The cassiopeia E-100 is a great mp3 and video player! (very easy to use the win CE player) All you have to do is go to casio's website and look up E-100 and they have a link to Microsoft's download page for the winmedia player for CE.After that you just install the player on the cassiopeia; drag and drop all the mp3s you want in to the /my documents folder and when you run out of space on your E-100 just get a compact flash card (DIRT CHEAP on EbAy) and drop it into the expansion slot and your ready...
