Disappointing.

I bought my Tungsten E about 2 months ago to replace my dead Zire 31. At first, it seemed pretty good, but it all went downhill from there. The Good Parts:-A Whopping Ton of memory. If you've got dictionaries and games that eat up your megabytes, then this is great for you.-The accessories on this PDA are pretty good. It has a durable metal stylus. Screw the top of the stylus off, and you have a resetting tool. The cover looks cool and doesn't take up too much space, but doesn't last very long. A...

Not too bad

I have had a tungsten e for almost 2 years. (My previous Handspring died in an auto accident.)I haven't had any real problems. It mostly does what it is supposed to. My biggest issue is that the charger is not dual voltage and a meager 90 day warrenty. My daughter has a tungsten e. Her power switch broke. The cost of repair is such that it cheaper to by a new one. I was able to disasemble the device ( no help from the Palm website ) and solder a broken contact back in place. Quite a feat with an...

Does What It's Supposed To Do

have used various models of Palms since the mid 90s. the Palm replaced my Franklin planner many years ago.the Tungsten E is a solid performer with an easy to read screen, good battery life, and a stable operating system.it won't do what a Treo will do but i use my Nokia to talk with and my Tungsten to keep track of things.i have no hesitation on recommending you get a good used Tungsten E!...

Perfectly Normal

I know people have said that it is a peice of junk, but it is not true. I have had mine for almost two years and I love it. I put all of my documents, contacts, and memos on it. Ok, and some games. It's great! The only reason I have ever gotten that fatal error is if I download somthing off a not well known site. Try to stick with the main sites. I got mine when I was almost twelve, and I now am thirteen and still love it!!! Please don't think differently of this reveiw though just because I am...
