Product Description
Tired of the dentist urging you to floss just a little more diligently? The path to dentalrighteousness can also be found through "oral irrigation." It's true. The Interplak dental water jetuses powerful pulses (2,650 per minute) to flush food debris from hard-to-reach places betweenteeth and under the gum line, thus preventing dreaded plaque (the leading cause of gingivitis andgum disease). Gentle yet thorough, this jet is an ideal tool for cleaning around crowns, bridgework, and orthodontic braces. It can be used with water, mouthwash, or antibacterial dentalrinse. Seven different pressure settings enable you to vary water flow for maximum personalcomfort and results, and a convenient button on the handle puts on/off control right at yourfingertips. The 10-ounce tank comes with a protective cover and lifts off of the5-1/4-inch-by-3-3/4-inch base for easy filling and cleaning. With 3 feet of coiled hose, you have plenty of room tomaneuver. The unit's four color-coded, easily interchangeable jet tips make this an ideal unit forthe whole family, and it'll leave your dentist speechless!--Erin Brown

bad
I gave this 2 stars only because when it works it works well.My complaint is that I have gone through 3 in the last 2 years.I'm going to need a fourth pretty soon. This thing dies withing a few months. Not only this product but other products that are similar to this....

Great performer!
This is only my second water irrigator. My first was a waterpik (worked awesome for a couple of years then pooped the bed on me).It had been a while since I've owned one so I figured I would give interplak (conair) a try.The first thing I noticed is the water pressure isn't what my old waterpik was (there's plenty of pressure with this unit, just not as much). How much pressure do we need anyways...I mean does our gums truley need to be super-pressure washed? No matter where I went I noticed that...

Well, it's not the WJ7
First of all, Target.com is selling the wrong unit. The WJ7 has received rave reviews elsewhere, and I made my selection based on those. Unfortunately, what I received was a WJ7R.That "update" has not been as well received.I have seen a number of complaints concerning low-pressure on the "R". To make matters worse, the unit wouldn't pump.I followed the instructions, including the adddendum inside the reservoir, to the letter and got no water to pump. When I took the defective unit back to Target...

Don't Confuse the earlier WJ7 with the newer WJ7B
A few years ago I gave up on the WaterPik for various reasons. After my last Waterpik failed completely, I bought a Conair Interplak WJ7 which I loved!I did the job plus it was simple in design, had plenty of 'power', a perfectly adequate resevoir (for me anyway), and a lower price that WaterPik.I then proceeded to buy one more each for my brother in FL, and my sister in MA, as I MUST have my WaterJet whenever I visit them.Later I decided to get another one for the downstairs bathroom, so ordered...

Conair should be ashamed
Out of the box, this piece of equipment should have worked perfectly.A strong sream of water should have been jetting from the hand-held spout but alas, the stream of water reminded me of one of the stone cherib statues peeing water into a fountain basin.I thought that maybe I got a lemon, but after reading other comments regarding this piece of junk, the odds are I didn't. I will be returning it to where I purchased it for a full refund, unless, between now and then, my opinion on this product...
