Rather than pay steep spa fees, use this do-it-yourself kit and enjoy being pampered in the comfort of your own home. The kit comes with 20 natural stones and a covered electric basin in which to heat them. Using the included measuring cup, fill the basin with enough water to heat the stones and turn the power on. The heating process takes about 40 minutes (which may seem like a long time to wait, but is shorter than waiting to get an appointment with a professional) and a ready light turns on when the stones are the correct temperature. The kit includes tongs for removing the hot stones, and the manual shows diagrams of different ways to place stones to relieve tension in specific muscles. Two bottles of scented massage oil--lavender and rose--are packaged with the unit so you can use the hot stones to gently massage sore joints.
