1) Excelent sound quality. Mid range is bright and beatiful. Lows are well defined and sounds just as it should: no distortion.
2) Confortable. It is very confortable! It is so light and soft that you can use it all day and it surely will not annoy your ears and head. They do not make pressure in the ears.
Also, the bass is perfect (not noise or overboosted). I think this helps making it even more confortable when using for long periods.
3) It is very easy to fold and unfold. Fits very well in the case. This is a good feature, which makes it more portable and easy to transport.

I've been an audiophile for over 40 years and these headphones deliver as much value as one can expect for the price.Very nice sound reproduction over the listed frequency range and for all kinds of different music/instruments.The headphone design turns the earpices direcly in toward the ear canal in order to deliver more sound to the inner ear instead of around the outer ear.Very comfortable foam earpads that don't cause ear fatigue over several hours of listening.The only downside is the length of the cable.I use my phones for my computer at work and a 6' or longer cable would be nice.The 4.5' cable length should be fine for iPods or other portable devices, though.Buy 'em, you won't be disappointed.

I bought these headphones last week for my iPod, for under $40 this headphones have very good sound reproduction. Even with songs encoded in MP3 format you'll be able to distinguish between all the instruments. Sleek design, sits comfortably on your head. Only hitch is it is open-air, so people sitting around you might notice the sound at high volume.
