I had a good experience except for the credit that was promised for the opening of the Amazon Acct does not get confirmed in the initial process anywhere so I'm in limbo until I get the billing and hopeit is there. actually I don't see the point of reviewing a printer cartridge at all . It was a sealed packaged from the manufacturer and I would be surprised if there was a problem...
