Perfect for light use

I've had this fax machine for 2 months.I've sent about 2 dozen faxes and received a handful.The print quality was as good as I've seen for faxes.It is very easy to use.I was connected in 5 minutes.The cartridge that comes with the machine does run out quickly, but it is a starter cartridge that only claims to print 20 pages....

unhappy camper

this was NOT a happy experience. After purchasing item received word from the seller that it was already sold and there was a mix up in the listing. Had of course already paid for the item and now have to go through the process of receiving reimbursement....

Disappointed buyer

I've had this fax machine for only a few months and have received almost no faxes (except ones not solicited) and it tells me to get a new cartridge.I think it is not user friendly and it does not give enough copies for an expensive cartridge. I have just dragged out my old fax machine to use again.Think before buying this machine.I wish I had....

Not really worth it

Yes this was an inexpensive purchase - but it still wasn't worthwhile. The machine and manual are not very user friendly. The quality of the copies is pretty bad and the cartridge ran out after only a few uses. Not even worth the $80 it cost me....

Avoid This Garbage

I bought this today and it will go back to the store tomorrow.It ate a piece of paper That I still cannot find. Paper jam is all it knows. New machine shredded the film cartridge. Not worthy of keeping it as a paper weight. Sends quite well and recieves fine,just won't print and hates paper. Great price and features if you can get it to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Save your $$...
