BEWARE OF DURABRAND!

Back last year, Christmas time. My mother in law purchased a "Durabrand" Desktop Stereo. She is from the days where "Stores stand behind their product, you don't need a receipt" type of POLICIES for RETURNS! Can I just tell you what H#LL I went through to return this item? First, the company that MADE the product in Indianapolis claims "It isn't one of our model numbers. Try calling WMCorp. to find the CORRECT number". I told the guy "Sir, the sticker on the back of the unit and my warranty information...
