I have my VAIO for three months and It works very good. The big screen it's the best and the design of the notebook it's the best. I used to make multimedia content and develop systems. Sony is fine. Their screens are the best. And, none of mine have ever broken down.
I have always had Sony laptops and been very happy with them. Their screen is better than anything else I have looked at in the local computer stores. My latest laptop is still working fine after 4 years of daily use! Yes, Sony laptops have had problems with running hot.
