This at about $849 is a very good deal. It is loaded with cool features, excellent display and design.There is every input and control you could want, plenty of memory and fun to use.Sure you can spend hundreds more and then some for even more memory, more bells and whistles, larger screen, etc.But this really functions as both a very portable laptop, and a desktop replacement.I took the sd card from my pda to view pictures and slid it into the slot (multi purpose digital media) and voila in a second, the pictures were on the screen.

I have a 19 inch lcd monitor to attach as an option and that will be an alternative.It runs moderately warm, really not noticeable, and the machine is as quiet as can be.There are very cool soft blue lights on the keyboard for nite use to see the media controls. This even came with a remote control and earpiece.Go for it.
