Excellent Scanner

This is my second Canon scanner and both are excellent.The 9950F will scan an assortment of older negatives.Right now I'm using it for old Brownie film.There are four sets of film holders and you can scan an entire sheet of several newer negative strips at a time.I would highly recomment this scanner and other Canon products....

This scanner scans at great quality and is easy to use.So far I have used it as a copier, slide scanner and a film scanner.The film scanner sure makes nice prints.I had used a HP3C scanner to scan prints and the quality is very noticable with the canon giving much better results.I find it very slow as a copier and scanner.The HP3C was much faster.It was connected to the computer thru a SCSI interface which might make the difference.I'm very satisfied with the scanner overall....

Excellent Scanner

I have scanned about 2,000 slides into my Macintosh computer. The results are excellent and the capability of doing 12 35 mm slides in a batch reduces the amount of time required....

Fantastic Scanner

I have had great success with the 9950F. The only problem I had was after the first time I used the scanner. I couldn't find it in my computer. The manuals etc., after loading software placed them on my desktop, but the scanner wasn't there. I hunted and hunted, then decided to put it in search and my computer searched all drives and it couldn't find it either. So I decided to reload the software and it came up already loaded, but the manuals etc. which were on the Desktop and would open when clicked...
