Couldn't get this to work with my Mac... :(
Although this worked beautifully on my PC, on the iBook I use more often, it wouldn't work. It could transfer images, but the images that ended up on my computer were corrupted or had color bands. Apparently this is not uncommon - if you google you will find a page that explains how this device is apparently not very compatible with Mac OS X 10.2 and above. I had to return mine, which is a shame because it had such potential and does indeed transfer images super fast!!...

Fast, reliable, and a convenient form factor
I've had this reader for over a year now and have been very happy with it. It's fast, it's reliable (unlike others I have had) and its shape is very convenient -- no more fumbling around trying to get the proper angle when inserting the CF card. It works especially well if you attach it to your desk with some double-sided mounting tape. I'm buying my second one of these Dazzle CF readers right now, since a no-name brand one attached to my wife's computer stopped working....
