Excellent value
Great for home security/short distance use. Especially at a fixed location.First off: I haven't used alot of Nv devices to compare against, so I can't give five stars (but most were much less usefull or even not quite as powerful than my own plain night-adgusted eyes due to crappy optics and electronic noise).This one works better than my own eyes by several orders of magnitude, is one of the lowest cost nv devices out there, and has the added features of directional audio amp', audio redording...
