10x-30x STEREO MICROSCOPE, BOOM MOUNT, TRINOCULAR HEAD!

This microscope is designed for professional grade viewing of a wide range of specimens.The microscope head has a threaded trinocular imaging port that enables you to attach a CCD camera or a photo-tube eyepiece (available separately). This microscope is manufactured with a rotating 1x - 3x objective lens made from premium ground optical glass. Used in conjunction with the 10x (20mm) stereo eyepieces, you can achieve magnifications of 10x to 30x right out of the box. We offer a range of optional eyepieces and objectives as well. With our optional wide field 15x eyepieces, you can extend the viewing magnifications to 15x to 45x, and with our optional 20x eyepieces, you can increase magnifications to 20x to 60x. Threaded auxiliary objective lenses are also available in .5x, 1.5x and 2x powers.This is a professional grade boom stand that is designed to be completely stable even when extended to its outer range. The 9x9 inch base piece alone weighs over 21 pounds and is stable as a rock.The main microscope head swivels 360 degrees for viewing from any angle, and the head itself sits at a comfortable 45 degree incline. The eyepieces sit in a gemel type assembly, allowing for maximum flexibility in adjusting the interpupillary distance. There is diopter focusing adjustments, and molded rubber eyecups are provided for your comfort. The focusing knob is on both the right and left side of the scope allowing for easy adjustment with either the right or left hand, and features a tension control mechanism allowing for adjustment of the focuser's sensitivity. Unlike many cheaper stereo microscopes, this model mounts on a height adjustable base, allowing the entire scope head to be adjusted higher or lower to accommodate very large specimens.Optional Ring Light is Available:To illuminate the subject, be sure to add an optional fluorescent ring light (Part #659903) to your order.
