Major Flaw Can Result In Loss Of Tapes!!!
After about 1 1/2 years of flawless use of my Canon Elura 50 today I put in a tape and tried to play it back.I keep getting an error message saying "Remove Tape".After some research on the web apparently this is a common problem with the Elura (and ZR also)series.Evidently Canon denies the problem but there are TONS of people with this exact same problem.It has to do with the time coding on the tapes and somehow the camera messes this up causing you to lose footage on the tape.In my case this is...
