Unhappy

Purchased this TV Dec 2005 with paperwork showing 1 year warranty.Unit worked well until May 2006. Is now dead. Contacted warranty phone number and was advised they did not know the location of authorized service center but I could call back in a day or so!!The home office number links to a voice mail system that is full and not taking calls!!!...

Hisense - No support

Purchased a Plasma from those guys. Absolutely no support. Had a service contract through VAC. They tried. Nothing !...

Does not support DVI

Overall this LCD HDTV is great for the price.The tv works extremely well, when attached via coax.Hi-def can be acheived using component cables that easily plug into the rear of the LCD.The great part of this LCD is that it can be used as a PC monitor aswell.Although the native resolution for the LCD is 1280 x 768 it can support way beyond that unlike most LCD TV that also support VGA input for a PC.The only downside was that I was hoping to be able to use a DVI connection for better quality but...

Great Solid Perfect For Small Media Center/PC/HDTV

I would highly reccomend this LCD it has so many inputs that we put in the bedroom attached to our shuttle mini-pc now we surf the web, watch cable-tv in High Def and save lots of space. the picture is quite good with a wide viewing angle from all sides. The picture did take some adjusting in color but what tv doesn't? The monitor is slim and doesn't take up much space we put a surround system, the mini pc all on one chest of drawers using a wireless keyboard and mouse we can pull up a chair and...
