After reading the review of the orignal AS-F2 in Stereophile I decided to check these out.I saw a great price on Amazon so I said why not.To be fair the speakers are still in the 50 hour break in period recommended by the owners manual and I have not finished tweeking my system to optimize the sound.That having been said these are good speakers for the money.As advertised they deliver a lot of pretty tight bass.Right now I find them a little harsh in the upper ranges but that could be because of the things I mentioned above.I am running them with a ADCOM GFA-5400, and an Acurus RL-11.The primary sources I have been using are an NAD C-660, an Acurus ACD-11 and a Polk xrt-12.
