Almost bought this TV...and glad I didn't!

Looking for a nice, big, clean picture...at an affordable price. I saw this TV for sale in a Circuit City ad. Only $899. I inspected it. The tv looked OK, not as good as the other models like the DLPs. I was all set to buy it until I came back a day later and on closer inspection, I noticed that the TV was displaying the colors off and creating a ghost image of everything in red, yellow and blue. That looked terrible. I tried fixing the colors on it but to no avail. The sales rep at the store tried...

Problems after 6 Months

I purchased this same model TV at another retailer. It worked fine. Then the color started to flicker and also the blue projection element would go in and out.I called RCA warranty service. After 45 minutes on hold I was able to get a ticket number and contacted a service repairman. The service came and picked up my TV and took it in. They said they couldn't see it. The problem was intermittent at first so I figured it just didn't happen whent hey had it.I got the TV back and the problem is happening...
