Player was broken within less than one month

This player is not dependable.From the day I received it, it sometimes did not load DVD's to play on the first attempt.I would have to restart the machine or re-load the DVD for the machine to accept it.After three weeks of normal, careful use, it stopped working for good.The screen just showed a bunch of random pixels and distorted sound.I had to return the device to Amazon....

I Strongly Urge You NOT to Buy This Product

I used this product less than a dozen times before it stopped working.The sound was way too low and I had to buy a speaker system and now I have a speaker system and no DVD player.I got no satisfaction from the service department.I like to support companies that I haven't heard of before to give them a boost against the big names.I will never buy ANY product from Coby again....

Average Player

The Coby has a decent display and features but my sample has a VERY noisy transport, volume extremely low at full volume and battery use is a good bit less than advertised. O.K. for the price but nothing great....

best player, best price

I wanted to get an mp3 player and figured I'd just get this, since the price is actually $50 cheaper than what I payed for my RioVolt mp3 player.This thing works great for playing mp3 on cdr disks or even dvdr.Although I had some problems using dvdr disks.The file structure got all messed up, mainly because this player only takes 8 characters for file folders and mp3 naming structure.If you renamed everything down to 8 characters, it might eliminate this problem.The dvd quality is great and it comes...
