They just keep going... and going...
As a new parent and a electronics buff, I go through a lot of batteries. Whether it's D cells for the baby's swing or AAs for any of our 14 different remote controls, it seems like I'm always changing batteries on something. I do have some NiMH rechargeables, but these tend not to last long in higher drain devices. I tried out a few of these Monster AA alkalines in a sale from Amazon/Circuit City and so far, I'm impressed. My DVD-recorder remote (for a Panasonic DMRE100HS) was getting a little sluggish...
