The Koss SportaPro portable headphones offer portability, flexibility,and a headband designed to be worn either atop or behind the head. Equally wellsuited for use at work or on a jogging trail, the SportaPro's open, foam-coveredear cups allow for ambient environmental sounds to be heard, which can behelpful in a recreational environment.

The SportaPro's weight is a mere 2.2 ounces, and the headphones boast afrequency response of 15 to 25,000 Hz, delivering (on paper, at least) quite abit more bass than most home speakers can. Impedance is 60 ohms, with less thana 0.2 percent distortion and sensitivity of 103 dB SPL (with a 1 mW signal).

The SportaPro stereophones are collapsible and come with a carrying case, aswell as both 0.125-inch and 0.25-inch jacks. Koss covers the headphones with alifetime warranty.

very fragile headphones

I can't review the sound quality of these earphones as they broke in my briefcase before I could use them on a LONG flight causing me to press a broken earpiece against my head in an almost comical fashion for an hour until I threw them under the seat in front of me and left them there. Ganted these are not supposed to be industructable, but they should withstand SOME everyday usage parameters. There are MUCH better choices....

Absolutely Great Sound

These headphones have absolutely amazing sound. They handle bass really well. Practically the only ones that have exceptional sound with my iPod. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because of the design. I'm gonna check the "Koss KSC75" which seem to have the same power with better ergonomics. Good luck to you all! Koss Rocks!...

Headphones perform well

I purchased the Koss Sportapro headphones to use with my IPod Nano.I was surprised with the overall sound quality.The sound responsiveness is very good.The main reason I did not rate them a 5 is they are not quite as comfortable as I would like.I use them while I exercise, and I find that I have to adjust them for comfort long before I am done....

Awesome Sound & Pretty Good Fit

I bought these on sale and took a chance after reading some reviews on them.They really sound great for their size.My main headphones are a set of Grado SR-60 which sound amazing but these sound very close.The headband is adjustable. The fit is good if you use the band over your head.The behind the head use seems to not fit too comfortably for me and when I put it on that way the bad ripped a hair out of my head.I use these with my 40GB Fourth Generation iPod.
